Description of legal work: My client requires their terms and conditions read through and checked to ensure that they comply with the latest distance selling regulations and amended if necessary. They offer an online service that commences immediately upon a customer completing their payment so they also require several legal disclaimers written that are legally binding that the customer must agree to in order to complete an order, this is to ensure that customers understand that the service commences straight away and that they are waiving their right to a 'cooling off period'. The terms and conditions include their refund and cancellation policy that they would like to ensure comply with any legislation as well.

The website they operate and their terms and conditions will be disclosed to any potential freelancer whose proposal meets their requirements.
