Objecting to an application to discharge a restrictive covenant

I am looking for a legal expert to write a letter to the Tribunal court for me objecting to the removal of a restrictive covenant on a piece of land nearby to my home. I have bene deemed as an "interested: party to this piece of land as my property is close by. I would need the legal expert to read the details the court have supplied me and write the letter for me to send as a Leyman laying out my basis for objection.
