Description
Experience Level: Expert
Description:
I’m seeking urgent legal help regarding a Non-Molestation Order made against me on 25 September 2025 without notice and without me being present in court. I have complied fully but believe the order was made on false grounds.
Since then, my ex-partner’s solicitor (Lisa Okoroafor, University House Legal Advice Centre) has sent multiple letters accusing me of breaching the order and trying to change an existing Family Court contact order from 9 May 2025. The most recent letter (17 October 2025) falsely claims I was seen near her home, when in fact I only attend the road at the exact, pre-agreed collection and drop-off times for my children (aged 12).
They are now trying to change the handover location and limit communication with my children to one short call per day. I need urgent assistance to:
Apply to discharge or vary the Non-Molestation Order (as it was made without me being heard).
Respond formally to the 17 October 2025 letter.
Protect myself from ongoing false allegations.
Get advice on how to document everything and ensure full legal compliance.
Deadline:
The other side requested a reply by 23 October 2025, so this is time-sensitive.
Ideal outcome:
To discharge the Non-Molestation Order, maintain my contact with the children as per the current court order, and ensure I’m protected from further false claims.
