Extra notes: Description of legal work: We often use contract trainers for provision of IT training to our customers we need to provide a standard contract with NDA for use when employing a contract trainer in order to provide us some protection in the event:

• That the trainer cancels
• The trainer trains to a given standard
• The trainer has / has not provided professional indemnity

We are not too sure what else is required please advice.
