Need an employment contract looked over

Hi, we are small business that has an employment contract which was recently re-vamped to comply with recent legislation but there are one or two paragraphs that need to be re-looked at and I wouldn't mind someone reading the terms anyway.

Please let me know your hourly/fixed rate and if you are able to help this week. It must be this week as I have a new starter next Monday and need contract for then.

Price wise, I have entered an amount in the box, but I really need you to tell me what you think is a fair rate.
