Need an accontant to help register our company

Hello,
We are a new and small London based fashion consultancy firm. We need someone who can help us to register our company and also help with any other legal formalities.
I know that registration charges are about £40 but I need help with the form. Also If it works well, we would continue to work with you as our freelance accountant. Kindly bid for one a month accountancy fee as well in the letter.

Our budget for this project- registration including your fee is maximum £80. Kindly give your best bids.
