Main contractor law and breach verbal contract

Hi, I’ve recently been a mains contractor for a building firm and had verbal agreement and proof of agreement by email / text / payment etc etc

Been paying for few weeks and biggest part of agreement is they couldn’t take my workers and now they have.

I’m going be writing them a number of letters and suing them as such and I want someone to read over my email communications I’m going to send.

It’s all quite straightforward and i just want my commissions for the men still on site.
