Looking for a solicitor to write a letter

I’m looking for a solicitor to write a letter to my ex partner im
Current living with.

We have mutually agreed a price I will be paying her to leave the property we 50/50 own.

This will be in the end June 2023.

It needs to outline a couple of conditions.

I will leave the house until she has left on a certain date and no damage to the property or she will have to pay.

Looking also for someone to handle the transfer for the sale, I believe the Mortage provider will change the deeds. I already paid the higher stamp duty when purchasing the property 18 months ago.
