Legal - Insurance issue

I have been riding motorcycles since 1998 and i have always been
insured with no issue\'s fully comp and had 6 years + no claims

I purchased a new motorcycle in 2 July 2010 and this was insured fully
comp social domestic and pleasure and short fall cover for £7500

My motorcycle was stolen on 23rd July after riding to Croydon at 8am
parking by Croydon College and then going to catch the train.


My insurance company won\'t pay out based on the fact i caught the
train after riding to croydon go to work.

I have never been asked to get commuting cover when i wasn\'t commuting
to work i live in CR and work in EC

commuting by the insurance description means anyone a vehical before going to there place of work even is your 25 miles aways from work to get the train need commuting or business cover.


I need advice on how to fight this or if to fight this etc

I have contacted the ombusman

I haven\'t claimed on short fall but will do in the next few weeks


My insurance, finance and short fall are all underwritten by Lloyd\'s


payment will be made on advice basis or after seeing results etc
