Description of legal work: We require a contract to be drawn up that allows us to partner with a company in Italy and promote/represent their patented process in the UK & Ireland for specific business areas.

The UK side is a family run silver dealer/antique dealer who owns a long established business in London. However, this particular business opportunity might be set up within the structure of a new limited company.

We have a draft Memorandum of Understanding (4 pages) which was provided by the Italian company but it needs improvement. It also needs to be turned from MOU to a legally binding document.
We will supply this document, along with notes as to the details of market, background, product, partners, forecasted sales etc. We can be available for emailed questions or phone conversations if required.

We are hoping for an agreement (in English only) and though it needs to be watertight we want it to be as succinct as possible. Maybe 4 pages or similar?

We imagine you can provide an initial draft document which we can review and in turn that will allow a final version which we can send to the Italian company for review. Open to your input on how best to complete and whether the project would include all revisions or just to a specified point.

Document must be for under UK jurisdiction, so qualified UK Lawyer with experience in this field required.
