The small group of businesses I manage must succeed. In order to ensure I succeed, I must understand the legal framework in which each organisation operates. Having been in business for the past 5 years, I have to date engaged legal services as and when needed.

With a great desire to be in business for the next 50 years, I must now engage a legal services professional or business. Having made significant progress over the past 5 years, I must say that was coupled with grave mistakes.

At this point on our journey, I am in need of legal advice, support and in some instances preparation of legal documents. There are a few outstanding issues that need attention, but more importantly, I must structure the business on a legal footing that will provide for the next 50 years.

At the end of this process, I am hoping to obtain the regular help of a legal professional. Situations I currently come across need a legal perspective, my hope is that I can obtain a person that can help me navigate the legal mindfield of entrepreneurship.

A second outcome is to help me think through the BEST legal structure required for long term success. Through conversations, research on my end and clearly defining for you, the direction I hope to take the business, I will look to implement said legal structure over time. You will help me build the structures and essentially implement them.

Ideally, I'd like to have a conversation about the legal structure of the businesses, the current position of each company/organisation. After a number of conversations and having obtained the information needed, we must identify a priority list of actions.

My hope is to pay a deposit and move forward towards a monthly regular payment for the retention of your services.
