Lawyer to check & ammend Ts&Cs for our photography business

Hi, we have a photography and videography business that we'd like our terms and conditions proofread and upgraded so they are legally sound. We license some of our imagery and would like our licensing terms checked and improved also. We started with what we thought was a good base at the time and tweaked this ourselves as time went on. We also added video services to the photography which may or may not require its own set of terms.

Both documents are attached in their current state.
