Judicial Review & Civil Claim Support (British Columbia)

We are seeking a licensed lawyer in British Columbia to assist with completing a judicial review application before the Supreme Court of BC. Most materials—affidavits, exhibits, and legal arguments—are organized. Assistance is needed to finalize court forms, ensure formatting compliance, and integrate all required elements.

The case involves government accountability and alleged rights infringement. Following the judicial review, we will prepare a related civil claim based on the same matter.

Experience with BC administrative law and civil litigation is required. Familiarity with supporting self-represented litigants is preferred.
