Intellectual Property guidance and contracts needed

Hi there,

I have a sports/leisure business, which we've now had to pivot to online. When our studios are open, we livestream our classes live (which we also record). We are also about to launch an ON DEMAND product too, we'd potentially like to include some of these recorded livestream classes on the on demand platform too. We'd really like to speak to someone who has some experience of these kinds of issues and give us guidance about fairness in dealing with our instructors (in terms of remunerating them, and use of the content that they have helped create), plus the necessary contracts we will need in place for all of the above.

A knowledge of UK Intellectual Property Law and it's use internationally is a must.
