I am seeking a solicitor or firm that can provide Independent Legal Advice in connection with the remortgage of a terraced property owned by our limited company.
The company has four directors, and as part of the remortgage process, the acting solicitor has required that each director receives independent legal advice from a solicitor who is not involved in the transaction. The solicitor providing this advice must be able to review the relevant documentation and sign and stamp the lender’s Independent Legal Advice certificate.

Hi, can you ask them if a CILEX Regulated Legal Advisor can endorse the certificate? If so I can. It depends on each Solicitor whether they will or not.
