I need someone to deal with adverse possession /boundary claim

Application type: Application for title to registered land by adverse possession under Schedule 6, Land Registration Act 2002 (10-year test).
Period of adverse possession relied upon: From March 2003 to Present (continuous, open, exclusive possession > 21 years).
Extent of land claimed: discrepancy from the new neighbour who purchased the adjoining property raised a claim of dispute regarding the boundary line, claiming the strip/rear garden land edged red on Plan A; approx. Area 40- 50 sq m.
