I need my contract terms reviewed, updated and templates set-up

Description of legal work: Note: Only considering freelancers with good experience in the website design, development and hosting business sectors.

I have a set of contract terms in the form of

a) A Master Services Agreement
b) A Statement of Work (x 3) for each stream of work that we engage in
c) Standard Non Disclosure Agreement

These were all prepared by qualified and highly respected solicitors, however due to poor contract management the templates have been lost and the latest documentation has evolved with both our and client changes in it.

So, I'd like someone to

a) take a fresh view and
- Highlight any areas on exposure of non-standard practise
- Highlight any holes, weaknesses, inconsistencies, risks, and suggest improvements.
- Review against our contract with one of key suppliers to ensure that risk is appropriately managed or transferred. This would affect one Statement of Work
- Any other observations

b) Prepare templates which will include all updates from the above review. The templates should clearly contain all areas that can be filled in by my sales team, and highlighting areas where any changes would need further approval from me due to change in risk.
