I received a letter from the UK gambling commission as they believed the website was involved in illegal gambling.

I took the website offline to avoid any prosecution but I have created a response in how the website is not breaking any UK gambling laws. I want legal advice to see if my proposed response will hold up and I can get my website back online without breaking any Gambling laws.
