I need an self employed workers contract and client terms and conditions of service

I have a new domestic and commercial cleaning agency that supplies staff to customers. The agency also provides staff who deliver complimentary domestic services such as running errands, help with shopping, supporting the elderly and infirm with chores etc.

I need 2 contracts: 1 for my self employed workers. The contract needs to also specify self employed workers responsibilities including the fact that they acknowledge that they are self employed and my company is not liable for any errors in their work, confidentiality and that they under any circumstances claim any employment rights etc.

The 2nd contract is for clients who I need to make clear that we act as an agency and are not liable for any damage or poor workmanship etc as we act solely as an agency - with exception of a money back guarantee for poor workmanship as long as they have raised their issue within 48 hours.

I do have drafts but they are far from sufficient and I either need something new or the existing drafts revised. My client draft needs to factor in any eventuality in relation to the various services I offer.

I would like this work completed with 2 weeks.
