I need an employment contract for my LTD for a zero hours employee. We work in aesthetics so I am personally training her but will also be paying for her to do other courses so need to ensure that non disclosures, minimum stay after training and not poaching clients, not working within a minimum radius are included. She will get paid on the 25th every month for everything she’s worked between the 20th of each month.
