I need a solicitor to write a memo

Hi,

We need a legal memo written up to send to Facebook to allow us to advertise our competition page as per requested by Facebook.

By UK Laws and regulations we do not need a gambling license as our competitions require a question to be answered and also have a free method of entry. We therefore just need a legal memo to state that we are following all regulations and law and that we do not require the gambling license.
