I need a legal letter written

Hi everyone,

I paid someone to design a website for me and they only completed a quarter of the job. They will not refund any of my money either. I am intent on taking this to court but want to try for an out of court settlement first. If it does go to court then I have proved that I have searched for an out of court settlement before hand, and will therefore not have to pay the court fee\'s if I win.

So the letter basically has to say what I\'m looking for, what I am suing for etc. I would prefer if the bidder is an actual solicitor based in the UK.
