I need a legal adviser for my property business

Hi there,

I run a small flatsharing business in London. I often need some advice on different situations, or help when it comes to lodging money claims and/or court procedures, etc. I am also in need of a lawyer who can attend court for us as we are suing a landlord for not returning our deposit. However, I do understand that not all legal experts can attend court so please don't let that put you off contacting me. We have a high turnover but very low profit, so we're looking for someone who is reasonably priced, and who is happy to bill us as and when we require advice or help. Have an immediate requirement where the CCJ lodged against the above mentioned landlord has been set aside because she said she didn't get it in time. So I have re-lodged the money claim, but the courts are saying i need to file a Certificate of Service... Not a clue what that means. :) So need some immediate help, but looking for someone who can offer ongoing support as and when needed.

I don't have a specific budget, so have just put £50 in the budget as I can't leave it empty.
