I need a freelance employment contract

Description of legal work: Hi guys

I run an ecommerce consultancy and I am enlisting the help of a business development / sales manager on a freelance basis for 2 days a week. This person will be paid a combination of fixed day rate and % commission on sales for an initial period of 6 months.

I have a couple specific clauses I would like included in the contract which I can provide in detail. These are mainly around the structure of commission and how it will be paid.

Ideally I need this completed by end of Wednesday - 14th December.
