HR Advisor / Employment Law

We are a small UK business looking advice on a specific employee relations matter.

We require assistance covering an employee with relatively short service where there are ongoing performance and suitability concerns.

We are looking for advice on the following:
A review a brief chronology and the relevant employment contract
Advice on the appropriate and proportionate process.
Identify any employment law or discrimination/reasonable-adjustment risks that should be considered.

Ideally you will be CIPD qualified and have experience advising UK SMEs on capability, dismissal and employee relations matters.
