Help with GDPR matters

A new client is in the process of drafting a service contract with my company. Today I received an email from them asking for some information regarding Google:

"In order to make a full data privacy assessment, I was wondering if you could provide us with some extra information. Could you please provide more detail about the specific Google entities/services you will be using for storage purposes and where the relevant servers are located?".

I contacted Google but they sent me an email with lots of links, so not very helpful.

I need someone who can assist with the above questions and who can answer any questions they have regarding data privacy so that they can finish their data privacy assessment asap.

This project is only open to freelancers based in Europe and with a proficient level of English.
