Help with a witness statement to oppose N244 application to set aside

Description of legal work: I need help with opposing an N244 application in the small claims court for the default judgement to be set aside.
I filled a claim against a company that damaged my personal property in December 2014. We were close to reaching the settlement, but they refused to cover court fees. It’s being going on for almost two months, so I applied for the default judgement. They haven’t responded to the claim initially and now they have submitted their defence with an N244 order saying that I filed a vexation claim.

I prepared a witness statement which is about 2.5 pages of A4 and want somebody experienced in litigation to help me wrap it up and submit to court following court correct procedures.

The N244 bundle comprises: the application notice form 2 pages; draft order ½ page; defendant’s witness statement 4 pages; defence 5 pages. I am based in England
