I have been involved in a dispute with my employers over a change to my bonus for 2 months now. I have now been suspended as of this morning due to me sharing information with a co-worker that I was told in my meeting on the 30th of November with the directors of the company. At no point was I told any of my meetings with them over the pay dispute were confidential.
