Experience Level: Entry
I have an existing employment contract already with my current employee, which has a confidentiality clause and a restrictive covenant agreement which is a non-solicitation and non-dealing convenants to prevent employee from contacting any of our clients for a certain period after termination of employment.
This contract was produced at the beginning of the employment and had a probation period of 6 months. Those 6 months have now finished and I would like to increase the employee's wage as their responsibilities have increased too.
I would also like to ensure an NDA is included in the contract to protect business/trade secrets, and to include the same restrictive covenant to ensure the employee understands anything produced whilst working for our company remains company property (for example the employee is currently building a beginners educational course for us) Also our employees are provided with social media accounts which we retain the login details for, this also needs to be included.
Plus a requirement to travel to our offices minimum 3x a week.
Salary will be £21k per year.
I can forward you the current contract and policies to use, I just need this current contract tweaking with the new requirements
