I require a draft offer letter for a business I am purchasing.
I will sent more specific details including business name etc on private message
The offer for the business is £50,000.00 and that is for the shares in the company, the goodwill and plant held by the business.
Please pm with any questions and I would be looking to possibly keep that individual around to assist further down the line in regards to this buyout.
