Customer Contract (Scope of Work, Responsibilities, terms and conditions etc)

I am looking to to create a new contract that I provide to customers for monthly contracts of professional services within the search marketing industry(Google Adwords, SEO etc).

This will cover the key areas including-
Scope of Work
Responsibilities
terms and conditions
non poach of sub-contractors etc.


Essentially what I am looking for is a legal expert to provide me with a few templates. I will select one and then amend myself.

I may ask you to look at the updated draft to finalize this depending on the changes that I make. We can agree this.

I dont think this will take too much time, however we can agree the scope upon discussion and I am open to using a more comprehensive service if required.

Also I may be looking to create updated versions over time.

I do need the contract quickly so an updated template to begin with would be the best starting point for me.
