Corporate Lawyer / Paralegal Needed for UBO Research

We are looking for an experienced corporate attorney, corporate lawyer, or qualified commercial paralegal with expertise in company law and beneficial ownership research in Germany, France, and Belgium.
Scope of Work:
* Retrieve ownership and UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) data for multiple companies registered in DE, FR, BE.
* Access national beneficial ownership registers, commercial registries, or related databases.
* Provide registry extracts or verified reports.
Deliverables:
For each company:
1. Legal entity name
2. Shareholder(s) / UBOs (with % of control if available)
3. Contact details (registered address, phone/email if available)
4. Source / registry reference
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in corporate due diligence / company registry research
* Access to DE Transparenzregister, FR Infogreffe/RBE, and BE UBO Register
* Legal qualification or paralegal background preferred
Format:
Spreadsheet or structured document (Excel/Word).
