Contract Drafting for SaaS Telecoms service

I'm looking for a contract to be drafted for a Reseller agreement for a cloud hosted telephony software as a service, including end-user agreement, intellectual property rights. This is quite a complex service, to be sold internationally with large telcoms, so the agreement needs to be aligned to those aspirations. I'm looking for someone with particular expertise in telecoms/SAAS reseller relationships.
