Description of legal work: We are a family business; we are about to take on a new contractor ( Students coordinator ) this person will greet our clients (international school groups ) when they arrive and also will be in charge of managing our host families. Both will mean this person will have names and addresses of our hosts, and occasionally this person will meet new or existing clients. We want to protect our business, so this person cannot contact our hosts or clients outside of our business.
The contract does not need to be complicated just a straightforward agreement.
