Company handbook draft

We are looking for a HR/legal professional who has experience in drafting and implementing a Company Manual for a small but growing business. The company manual should include all legally required policies and procedures and any other information relevant to the company such as a code of conduct. We also require implementation of an appraisal process and advice on how to conduct appraisal for employees. This is for a regulated immigration advisory firm with less than 10 employees.
