Commercial AND litigation solicitor needed

I am looking for a solicitor that's regulated, that practices in both of these specialties or has them in house.

I am looking for someone I can work with long term in my businesses that will take a case or project and stay in to the end and support us. The work could be an M&A deal or a litigation case. Tasks and jobs can vary.

I am creating this for future references but if I find the right person, it would be great to get advice on a issue I am currently going through.
