Civil case in regards land dispute

Need someone to advise on a court hearing i have already underway against a utility contractor who trespassed on my land and then proceeded to dig it up without any consent. This same contractor then stated it was the civil engineer who was at fault. The civil engineer then went immediately bankrupt which negated their insurance company engaging. However, i have since acquired new documentation on public record clearly showing that the utility company was indeed the main contractor in regards the work and was the correct person in my opinion to be put on the court N1 for as the defendant.
