Car insureer has put me 'at fault' in an incident

Hello,

I'm looking for a lawyer who can practice in the UK to support with a car incident from Dec 2025.
I was turning into my drive at home, indicating to turn left, I moved into the middle of the road as its a right turn, as I started to turn, a motorbike driving in my direction tried to undertake me during the turn and hit my side door.

The motorcyclist has no helmet on, and did not stop, suspected stolen bike / uninsured / unqualified driver.

I have a video of this from my home cctv, I can provide this footage.

I am seeking a legal second opinion before I make a formal complaint to the car insurer and/or the ombudsman.
