Experience Level: Intermediate
I purchased a gig on Fiverr for business consultancy. The consultant decided to refund the money as he was not happy with Fiverrs percentage cut, he requested that I make the payment outside of fiverr directly to his company. I decided not to continue with the consultant as i did not want to transact outside of Fiverr. The consultant has then been harassing me to pay although he already refunded me the gig through fiverr. I would like legal advice and a lawyer to tell me what my legal rights are.

    I would just advise that you contact Fiver's Helpdesk as that is against the terms and conditions and then inform him that you've done so, and if you have to, you will take legal action.
