Assistance required to update a contract for Temporary workers

Hi

I run a recruitment company and already have a temporary workers engagement contract. I place supply teachers into schools on a temporary basis (this can be day 2 day supply or long term placements)

Something we do offer for our stronger candidates is a Guaranteed work scheme (GWS). Basically, it's a contract where we guarantee to find them the work they want and if we fail to do so then we will still pay them anyway. Of course, there are some conditions, but it worked really well for us.

After October Half term we want to start a really pushing out our GWS scheme and we have thought of a unique way to brand it and change some of the conditions and terms

However, we now need assistance from somebody who can amend our current GWS contract to reflect what we are trying to achieve and make it legal, above board and black and white.
