Advice for a Defence of a County Court Specified Money Claim

We need help to defend our firm against a County Court issued 'Specified Money Claim' issued against us by ELAS Ltd. We gave notice of our intention to dispense with their services but they claimed the notice we gave was less than the minimum requirement our contract states. They are now claiming the full years fees in advance, an amount of circa £2,000. From this PPH Job Post we just seek initial legal advice as to the options open to us; we don't expect this to be more than 1-2 hours of your time. From there we would be interested in further work to take this matter off our desk and be dealt with on our behalf. So again, the job posted here is just for initial advice after consideration of the documents we present - these will include the court papers, our contract and any relevant correspondence you request.
