Description
Experience Level: Expert
I want to request the preparation of an agreement for a new remuneration model to enhance support for B2B sales. This agreement will be utilized by a company based in the UK.
1. The agreement will be used by a UK company (LTD), and it should comply with UK Law.
2. The agreement is intended to define the cooperation between the companies.
3. The specific commission rates for each role are outlined in the document. At this stage, these rates are initial assumptions that require future verification. It would be beneficial to establish the commission rates, along with any other terms, through a Work Order (WO). My intended structure involves setting up a framework agreement, followed by individual WOs for specific assignments. This way, if any changes arise, there will be no need to sign new agreements.
4. The agreement should encompass the complete sales model and address all three specified roles. Whether these should be outlined in three separate documents or one combined document is up to the contractor's discretion. However, the scope of this project requires an agreement that supports the entire process involving the three roles.
5. We are currently drafting a similar agreement in compliance with Polish law in Polish. I am unsure whether adapting such an agreement to UK legislation would take less effort. It will be possible to receive such an agreement.
6. The company has an old version of the Introduction Agency Agreement: Services, which only covers the role of the introducer in the sales process. If sharing this agreement reduces effort and costs, it may be possible. I can share this one via DM for interested people.
I have attached a schematic model illustrating how the new remuneration model functions, along with a description of the individuals involved, including preliminary definitions of their rights, responsibilities, and limitations.
If you need any additional information, feel free to ask.
