Year-End Accounts Preparation & Submission

We require the preparation and submission of year-end statutory accounts for two limited companies within our property group:

A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) dedicated to residential property investment.

A micro-entity providing property management services.

Bookkeeping for both entities is fully completed and up to date.

The scope of work includes all standard year-end requirements, including but not limited to:

Preparation of the Balance Sheet

Profit & Loss Statement

Supporting Notes to the Accounts

Director’s Report (where applicable)

Corporation Tax computation and CT600 submission

Filing of finalised accounts with Companies House and HMRC

All work must be carried out with strict confidentiality, precision, and in full compliance with applicable UK accounting and tax regulations.
