(Xero) Setup income stream charts of accounts

I am seeking an experienced Xero accountant based in the UK to establish a new income stream for my food business within the accounting software. The business utilizes an online pre-order system called Storekit that functions similarly to Square but without direct integration capabilities.

The accountant would be tasked with developing customized chart of accounts to appropriately capture the various financial transactions associated with the Storekit platform. Major account categories would need to be set up to record sales revenue, refunds issued to customers, processing fees retained by Storekit, and any tip amounts received. In addition, a template for bulk uploading sales data from Storekit into Xero on a regular basis must be constructed.

As a VAT registered company located within the UK, properly accounting for the Storekit income stream within Xero is imperative. A qualified bookkeeper familiar with both the food industry and Xero software is sought to establish the necessary framework. Their work will help streamline financial reporting and ensure all revenue, costs and tax obligations stemming from the Storekit operations are accurately represented. Experience interfacing with similar third-party payment processors and configuring customized uploads into Xero would be advantageous for this project.
