Xero Expert Needed for Buy-to-Let Mortgage Reconciliation

I'm currently set up on Xero and have a basic understanding, but I need assistance with reconciling my interest-only mortgage for a buy-to-let property. The funds for the mortgage never passed through my account but went directly from my lawyer to the developer. However, the repayments are now being deducted from my account.

I've created a non-current liability account for the mortgage and an expense account for logging purposes. I'm seeking a Xero expert to guide me through the reconciliation process and provide a sense-check to ensure I've set it up correctly.
