Xero Data for Due Diligence Questions

I need a Xero expert to remotely access our company file to obtain the answers and extract the relevant data for the following questions.

I would like a fixed cost to carry out this work.

Details of existing products and services
Profitability analysis by product/service
Costing model for current products / services including any cost variability
Sales and profit by top 20 customers
Significant customers won/lost in last 3 years
What are customer retention rates?
Has the sales mix changed over the last 3 years? If so why? COVID impact?
Confirmation of compliance with all statutory requirements to file documents at Companies House
Share capital / cap table
Description of share classes and number of shares issued in each class
Copy of register of shareholders. Are any shareholders under any legal disability?
Details of any warrants, options (both allocated and unallocated) and other rights to acquire shares
Current financial statement / management accounts (both P&L and balance sheet)
Current year budget and reasons for any variances
Details of all capital expenditure over the past 3 years
Details of any required capital expenditure over the next 12 months
Details of any exceptional cash inflows / outflows
Details of any contingent liabilities
Details of any charges on the company’s assets
Description of accounting systems and procedures
Copies of the latest bank reconciliation with supporting bank statement
A summary of the month-end bank and cash book position for the current year and previous two years
Details of any bad debts or potential bad debts
Schedule of inter-company balances and trading
Location of all statutory books of the company and its subsidiaries / group
Actual payment experience including receivables ageing analysis
List of all suppliers with spend on each
Details of supplier churn
Actual payment history including payables ageing analysis
Full fixed asset register to include impression counts, age, serial numbers if relevant
What are the depreciation policies?
Is there any committed capital expenditure or requirement to do so?
Stock valuation method and full inventory
Copy of organisation chart
List of staff with job, length of service, age, salary, pension and other benefits for each (can be anonymised)
Details of pension arrangements including enrolment details, employer and employee contributions. Any deferred benefit liabilities?
Copies of payroll and NI information
Schedule of any holiday pay accrual
Are recent tax computations agreed by HMRC?
Copy of VAT returns for the current year and previous year
A copy of the VAT account (including VAT bad debt account), PAYE and NIC account
