I am looking for a freelance bookkeeper to help me with the following tasks:
1. Input and code Xero / Hubdoc according to chart of accounts
2. Produce reports from Xero on monthly basis to show budget vs actual spend
3. Ability to code different types of income i.e. grants and separate out projects
4. File quarterly VAT returns
Also possibly:
5. Process Payroll
Looking for someone who is flexible and can adapt to the needs of the business.
Would like to start a trial asap and then potentially move to ongoing support for these functions.
Individual must be familiar with UK financial systems.
