Xero bookkeeping assistance for 4x linked small businesses.

I am looking for UK based bookkeeping assistance for 4x small businesses I own.
Two are a little larger in size and VAT registered, two are very small and simple.

I need help with:
- Initial sort out of Xero accounts
- Reconciling transactions properly for VAT
- Keeping on top of bank feeds
- Ensuring correct reconciliation between business credit cards, PLEO, loan accounts etc

Please make sure you are based in the UK and experienced with Xero.
