Xero administrator

We are a small firm of consultants in Health and Safety, based in Nottingham. We have an accountant, but we need someone to run Xero for us. You would raise invoices, check late payers and reconcile the accounts so that the accountant can sort out the VAT every quarter and Corporation tax annually. Our turnover is about £80k gross. We have only one main account, then a credit card which is not much used, and a savings account which we use to put money aside so that we can pay the VAT when it is due.

Must be fully conversant with Xero
Must be competent using Smartsheet - that's how we communicate within the organisation
