Accounting software: Xero
Description of support work: I need on going support for a hassle free accounting and bookkeeping in Xero
The business
- UK limited company
- main activity is contracting (me). Very few travel expenses (once or twice a year)
- I also have a website that trades in USD (not linked with my contracting activities). The only challenge here is to reconcile sales from my USD sales system that tracks VAT with the GBP payments I receive from my payment processor for these sales.
Other than that the business is small and fairly straightforward.
2 directors. No payroll (only a minimum basic salary for one director)
I need help for the bookkeeping, accounts preparation + file any key documents required by HRMC
I am open to any type of collaboration (hourly/fixed fee) but please give me a rough monthly estimate so I can make a decision
